About Heirloomly
A careful place for your family's past.
We began with a simple question: where do family stories go when no one writes them down? Heirloomly exists to make sure they don't disappear.
Back to HomeOur Story
Started from a family's own shelf
Heirloomly was founded in Bangkok after one of our team members spent months trying to piece together their grandmother's history from scattered letters, photographs tucked in old drawers, and a few partial stories told by older relatives. When the process finally came together, the result was something the whole family could hold — and the realisation was clear: most families never get that far.
We set out to make that process easier, more structured, and less likely to be put off indefinitely. Not through technology alone, but through quiet, considered sessions and careful documentation work alongside families who have stories worth preserving.
Today Heirloomly works with families across Bangkok, helping them record family histories, bring order to document collections, and build proper archives that will still be legible and meaningful decades from now. Our scope is strictly documentation and organisation. We do not offer legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
Our Mission
To help families across Thailand give their history a proper home — recorded clearly, stored carefully, and accessible to the generations that follow.
Our Values
- Patience. We work at your pace. There is no hurry.
- Discretion. Everything shared with us stays with you.
- Clarity. Every output is plain, ordered, and built to last.
- Honesty. We do only what we say we do — documentation, nothing more.
Based in Bangkok
Our office is at 22 Charoen Krung Soi 30, Bang Rak — one of Bangkok's older neighbourhoods, which feels fitting for a service concerned with preserving the past. We also visit families in their homes across the city.

How We Work
Our standards and protocols
Every engagement follows a consistent set of practices designed to protect your family's information and deliver a clear, lasting result.
Strict Privacy Practice
No family information is retained, shared, or stored beyond what is needed to complete the service. All materials go home with you.
Structured Session Frameworks
Recording sessions follow a proven framework to capture names, relationships, dates, and context in a way that is readable for decades to come.
Archival-Quality Organisation
Document indexing and archive setup follow recognised archival labelling and categorisation principles adapted for family collections.
Documentation-Only Scope
We hold firm to a documentation-only scope. No advice — legal, financial, or otherwise — is offered at any point during our engagement.
Bilingual Capability
Sessions and written outputs can be conducted and produced in Thai, English, or a combination, to suit the family's preference.
Clear Deliverables
Every service concludes with a defined handover — a booklet, an index document, or a structured archive — so you always know exactly what you receive.
Family history documentation in Bangkok
Across Bangkok and throughout Thailand, families hold stories that rarely make it onto paper. Birth dates, migration stories, occupations, marriages, and the quieter details of everyday life in earlier generations — these are the threads that connect a family across time. When they are not recorded, they tend to disappear within two generations.
Heirloomly's approach is straightforward: sit with the family, ask careful questions, and produce a written record that is clear, durable, and organised. For families with documents already gathered, the Records Index and Heritage Archive services bring structure to what might otherwise remain in boxes — catalogued, labelled, and easy to navigate.
We work with families at every stage — from those who want to capture a single elder's story before the opportunity passes, to those building a comprehensive archive of several generations. Our work is educational and organisational in nature. For families needing legal or financial guidance around estates or inheritance, we encourage engagement with the appropriate qualified professionals.
