How every engagement works
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a brief conversation — by phone or in person — to understand your family's situation and which service fits best. There is no charge for this step.
2. Service Delivery
Sessions are conducted at your home or our Bangkok office, following our structured framework. We document, organise, and catalogue as the service requires.
3. Handover
We hand over the completed output — booklet, index, or archive — and walk you through it. All materials go entirely to you. We retain nothing.

Service 01
Family History Recording Sessions
Gentle, structured sessions helping families capture their history in writing — in their own words. The sessions are designed around the family's pace and comfort, drawing out names, places, dates, and the personal stories that give them meaning. The output is a printed, formatted keepsake booklet the family can keep on a shelf and pass on.

Session process
We share a preparation guide one week before the session, covering what to gather and what to think about.
The session begins with broad context — family names, locations, time periods — then moves to specific relationships and stories.
We compile the written record and produce the formatted booklet, delivered within five working days.
Best for: Families who want to capture the story of one or two family members before the opportunity passes.
Service 02
Records Index Package
A practical, methodical package that takes a collection of family documents — certificates, correspondence, photographs, official records — and produces a clear, labelled index with a take-home reference list. Ideal for families who have accumulated documents over time and want to bring order to them, without needing to build a full archive just yet.

- Initial document review meeting (1 hour)
- Cataloguing and labelling of all provided documents
- Categorisation by document type and family branch
- Printed take-home reference index
- All original documents returned at handover
Package process
You bring or we collect your documents. We do an initial review to understand the scope and confirm the service cost.
We catalogue, label, and categorise each item according to document type, date, and family branch.
We produce the reference index and return all documents, organised and labelled, within seven working days.
Best for: Families with a box or folder of accumulated documents who want clarity and order without a full archive project.
Service 03
Heritage Archive Setup
A considered, comprehensive service establishing an ordered archive of family documents, photographs, and memories. This is the most thorough option — covering full cataloguing, archival labelling, digitisation planning, and a structured master index. Designed for families with a larger, more complex collection, or for those who want a long-lasting archive built to the highest standard of organisation.

Project process
Scoping session to assess the volume and complexity of the collection. We confirm a timeline and confirm the scope.
Working sessions (typically 2–4 over 2–3 weeks) to catalogue, label, and structure the full collection.
Final handover including the master index, digitisation guide, and a walkthrough session for the family.
